ICSI CS June 2025 Result Announced
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the ICSI CS June 2025 results for the Professional Programme on August 25, 2025. Candidates who appeared in the exam can now access their scorecards online via the official website icsi.edu.
The results cover both the 2017 and 2022 syllabi, and the institute has also published the provisional merit list along with the scorecards.
Students will receive their e-result-cum-marks statement instantly online. Additionally, those from the Professional Programme will also get a printed copy of their marksheet by post at their registered address. If the hard copy does not reach within 30 days, candidates should contact ICSI at exam@icsi.edu
How to Download ICSI CS Professional Result 2025
Follow these steps to check and download your marksheet:
Visit the official website icsi.edu
Click on the link for “CS Professional Result June 2025.”
Enter your roll number and 17-digit registration number/PIN.
Submit your details to view the result.
Download the scorecard and take a printout for future use.

Digital vs Physical Copy of Results
Professional Programme: Both digital scorecards and printed marks statements will be issued.
Executive Programme: Only an online marks statement will be available. Candidates must save their e-result for records since no hard copy will be dispatched.

What’s Next for Qualified Candidates in ICSI CS June 2025 Result?
Candidates who successfully cleared the Professional Programme will now be eligible to apply for ICSI membership and begin their journey in corporate law, governance, and compliance roles.
The next session of the ICSI CS December 2025 exams for Executive and Professional levels will be held between December 22 and December 29, 2025. Registration for the exam starts on August 26, 2025.
