BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 1121 Vacancies at rectt.bsf.gov.in

The Border Security Force (BSF) has officially announced the BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2025 for a total of 1121 vacancies. The online registration process will begin on August 24, 2025, at the official recruitment portal rectt.bsf.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online before the deadline, September 23, 2025.

This recruitment drive aims to fill Head Constable (RO and RM) posts across India.

Head Constable (RM): 211 posts

Eligibility Criteria for BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2025

Selection Process for BSF Head Constable 2025

The selection procedure will be conducted in multiple stages:

PST (Physical Standard Test) & PET (Physical Efficiency Test)
Computer-Based Test (CBT) – MCQ-based, conducted in English and Hindi, duration 2 hours
- 100 questions (2 marks each) → 200 marks
Document Verification

🔹 For HC (RO): Final merit list = CBT (200 marks) + Dictation Test (50 marks) = 250 marks (subject to qualifying paragraph reading test).
🔹 For HC (RM): Final merit list = Marks obtained in CBT (200 marks).

Application Fee

₹100/- for UR, OBC, and EWS male candidates (for each post).
Exempted from Fee: SC, ST, Female candidates, BSF departmental candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and Compassionate Appointment category.
Payment can be made through net banking, credit/debit card, or CSC centers.
