Halal Ludo Account & Data Deletion

Halal Ludo is published by AFROZULLA KHAN. You can play as a guest or connect Google Play Games for cloud saves. There is no separate Halal Ludo email/password account. This page explains how to request deletion of game data; it does not delete your Google account.

Request deletion of Halal Ludo data

Email support@halalludo.com with the subject Halal Ludo Data Deletion Request.
Include your invite code, if available (shown in the game's Invite popup), your chosen player name, and the data you want deleted. For a Friends room, include the room code and approximate date if you know them.
If you have already uninstalled the game or cannot find these details, explain this in your email. You do not need to reinstall the game just to submit a request. We may ask for additional non-sensitive details to identify your records and confirm that they belong to you.
We aim to respond within 7 business days. We will confirm what can be identified and deleted, and explain any additional time or retained information before closing your request.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, or your invite secret key. You can request deletion without creating a new account or making a purchase.

What data can be deleted?

Friends data on our server: identifiable guest-session records, chosen player name/avatar, and associated room or match records that are still held.
Invite & Earn records: your identifiable invite profile, referral relationships and reward tracking records.
Analytics and crash reports: you may request deletion of identifiable data associated with your installation. These reports do not contain your player name or room code, so an email address or invite code alone may not identify them. We will explain the available deletion options and any limitations.

Data you can delete on your device or through Google

Local progress: use Settings > Reset Progress in Halal Ludo. Uninstalling the game also removes its local app data. These actions do not by themselves delete server records or a previously saved cloud copy.
Google Play Games cloud saves: open Google Play Games settings, choose Delete Play Games account & data, and under Delete individual game data select Halal Ludo. You do not need to delete your entire Google account. A cloud save may restore progress if you reconnect before deleting that saved copy.
Advertising data: review Ad Privacy in the game and your Android advertising-ID controls. Google AdMob manages its advertising data under Google's privacy controls; deleting Halal Ludo server records does not erase all data held independently by Google.

Retention and deletion timing

Guest sessions expire after about 30 days without use. Finished or inactive Friends rooms are cleaned up automatically.
Invite records are normally kept while the invite program operates, or until an identifiable deletion request is fulfilled.
Firebase Analytics data is subject to the retention setting described in our privacy policy, up to 14 months. Crash reports and Google-managed data follow the relevant service's retention and deletion controls.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that no longer identify a player may remain. If specific records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period in our response.

We do not claim that all game, advertising, purchase and analytics data is automatically deleted within 90 days. Deletion requests apply to data that can be identified and that we control.

H Pass subscriptions and purchase records

Deleting game data or uninstalling Halal Ludo does not cancel H Pass. To stop renewal, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Halal Ludo and cancel your subscription. Google handles payment information and may retain transaction records under its own legal and retention requirements.
